Team Building Team Initiatives and Challenges "20mins” – 1/2 day and multi-day programs, 5 – 200 people. Locations: Indoor, Outdoor, Myrtle Beach, Blowing Rock,  Grand Strand  Build a immediate bond with enjoyable ice breakers then move on to team initiatives. Experiential activities will encourage the team to think pro actively, problem solve and take sequential steps in becoming a more integrated and successful team. After developing framework and rapport, the team tackles scenarios and initiative activities. From poles apart, maneuvering logistics in island crossing, developing trust, negotiating a spiders web, dealing with a nuclear hazard, building evacuation signal towers or rafts etc... Please speak with one of our facilitators to ensure a correct match of initiative to outcome is achieved. Each activity is sequentially briefed, actions undertaken and then participants are debriefed. The knowledge and skills asset developed from previous activity is then applied within next initiative.

Paint Ball-   Half Day - Multi day programs 5-50 people Private course with instruction in small team combat maneuvers by a Special Forces Team Member from Ft. Bragg,  NC.  Guided after-action reviews and debriefs are lead by Consulting Retreats and your leadership. Weapons, mask, and paint included.   Detailed scenario missions on a huge wooded paintball field. Paintball can be the perfect team building activity. Communication, cooperation, strategy and fun are all part of a day at Strategy Plus. Best of all, you can play at your own pace. Everyone has something to add to the team.  Your group will have dedicated  judges on the field to guide you.

Ropes Courses Half day event - to full day 5-30 people Locations: We have relationships with many courses around the US and three in the Myrtle Beach area. Your team will navigate a route through a ropes course with careful planning and guidance by Byron as the facilitator.  This initiative will allow your team to gain a     deeper understanding in:                     *    Team trust     *    Individual growth through team growth     *    Responding constructively to unpredictable situations        *    Recognizing the effects of physical and mental stress and the impacts on             judgment and critical thinking skills Confidence and trust building are complemented by a series of low ropes challenge course elements. Understanding is gained in developing trust, cooperation, effective communication, safety techniques, problem solving concepts and team working skills.  Many local Grand Strand courses from which to choose.  Each ropes course activity is sequentially briefed, actions undertaken and then debriefed. The knowledge and skills asset developed from previous activity is then applied within next initiative.                           *Ropes Course with Heart Rate Monitor Individuals can have a personal heart rate monitor to assess stress levels while      on the course.  They will be asked periodically to check their heart rate and challenge themselves to return it to a normal rate.  Through this process participants will gain a better understanding of their reasoning, critical thinking and their ability to function within a team during high stress situations. Time needed to complete event: four (4) hours.

Team Building Mission Possible 1.5hrs – Multi Day. Groups 5 – 200 people Can be indoors or out, on the beach or in the forest.  Great for parks, gyms (in case of rain), and meeting room spaces. Brilliant fast paced, team focused seriously fun mission. Ideal to ignite your next event. Overcome time barriers to execute missions, defuse bombs, and incorporate saving environmental catastrophe and nuclear hazards. Negotiate mine-fields to receive vital mission components, and save the environment or your business software by retrieving strategic data. Track down and negotiate with espionage agents. Video/Laptop briefing supplemented by text messaging incorporated. Demonstrate the powers of your communication abilities through being technology savvy.

Team Building Treasure Hunts 2hrs – 1 day, 10 – 200 people. Locations: Great for the Grand Strand Beach or area Island around the North Myrtle Beach area. Develop team work while searching for treasure, excellent fun that is suitable for everyone. Team cooperative or competitive challenges. Problem solving, conga lines, team sculpting, decoding, building team spirit. A coordinator briefs your teams: providing maps, clues, codes and checklists. Teams navigate to find clues, letters, numbers, codes, resources and activity stations with team challenges. Resources to be collected, answers decrypted, solutions negotiated in order to reveal and unlock a real treasure chest with a surprise twist! A fun and involved treasure trail around the main icons, experiencing unique elements in an often hilarious and team engaging way. Both Treasure hunting and Mission Impossible can be in made more exciting by use jet skis in the event.  Jet Skis can be incorporated and the events can be held in the water.

Beach Activities "20 mins” – 1/2 day and multi-day programs, 5 – 200 people. Experience fun beach team activities and games on Grand Strand’s Beaches. Ideal summer events and conference team break out activities extravaganza. Designed for groups to achieve through fun & healthy active participation. Formatted as a round robin of events, as all teams participate to the best of their ability as cheers and laughter erupt.  Team challenges beach activities selected according to location.  Our Team develops beach events cooperatively ensuring your organization has a excellent time.

Amazing Races 1/2 day – multi day. Groups 5 – 50 people Location:  this event takes up some space, a city, region, or a resort will due. Your team from any starting location to any destination Amazingly. Visit iconic locations and become part of the vibrancy of a magnificent cities. In an amazing race theme, teams make their way to Checkpoints, Complete team challenges, team working out clues. Select detours, yield teams and reconvene with a  re-uniting all teams!
